Return and Refund Policy

In rare cases, Tyke Toter just doesn't work out. That's why you have 30 days from receiving your item(s) to send your unused seat back! Once we have received your return we will inspect it for signs of wear or use and refund you the greatest possible amount according to our company policy as outlined below.

Every return is charged a 10% re-stock fee. No exceptions. We do not refund or cover return shipping fees. An additional $5 fee each will be charged per damaged part including but not limited to: foam seat, handle grips, clamp wings, hardware, foot peg, Velcro straps, Rubber Shims, and incorrect packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse to process a refund if the product appears to be damaged by the customer. Ensure your order number is enclosed so the refund is issued to the correct customer.

We are not responsible for any lost returned packages and we highly recommend keeping your tracking number and purchasing insurance. 

Be sure to package your return as shown in the photo below in order to protect your shipment and receive the greatest possible refund:

-Handlebars on the bottom left.

-Foot-peg under smaller insert to the right.

-Clamp wings resting on smaller insert to the right.
